Quilted Cards

We all have lots of scraps of Designer Series Paper laying around, so here is a suggestion of how to use them to make beautiful quilted cards!

Just like a sewn quilt, this card takes small amounts of different pretty prints, and puts them together in a particular design. Here, I show how to create a popular quilt pattern called a Texas Star.

Using just four random Designer Series Paper strips at 1/2″ x 4-1/2″, you can create this easy pattern.

Don’t worry about getting those points cut just right – I have a secret trick that makes this so simple. Well, maybe not so secret once y’all see this!
